1

Diagnose

Get a useful starting hypothesis and three next actions before entering contact details. With guardian approval, the result creates one deduplicated Free portal and emails its private access link.

2

Add classes

Create each subject once, then give it its own study-block length and spaced-repetition intervals.

3

Bring in deadlines

Add summatives manually or connect a dedicated academic calendar and confirm detected assessments.

4

Build the plan

Combine scheduled study, due Box reviews, tests, projects, and activities into concrete actions.

5

Execute today

Use one focused Today view, update mastery, complete work, and submit evidence without hunting through sections.

6

Track and improve

Review proof, weak points, outcomes, and progress so the system becomes more useful over time.

Admit Strategy was built by a student founder in Doha, Qatar, combining research with a practical coaching system for real schoolwork, weekly planning, and progress tracking.

The goal is simple: help students stop guessing, start tracking, and build better systems for studying, extracurriculars, and long-term planning.

Institutional planning and human coaching solve different problems.

School platforms help organise academic, career and application planning. Admit Strategy focuses on what the student does this week: using real schoolwork to address procrastination, improve study methods and build a workable weekly plan.

Institutional school platforms

  • Organise academic, career, and application planning
  • Support consistent school-wide workflows
  • Keep goals, documents, and requirements in one place
  • Give counselors, students, and families a shared structure

Admit Strategy

  • Works from the student’s real schoolwork this week
  • Addresses procrastination and ineffective study methods
  • Builds a workable plan around current deadlines
  • Adds human follow-up, progress tracking, and parent visibility

Different roles, one student.

Use the school platform for shared planning and application requirements; use Admit Strategy for hands-on weekly coaching and follow-through.

The student operating system.

One private workspace for the parts of academic execution that are usually scattered across calendars, notes, spreadsheets, and memory.

Built for students and parents.

Students need practical coaching. Parents need visibility. Admit Strategy is designed so parents can clearly see what was completed, what improved, what still needs work, and what the student should do next.

FAQ

Quick answers for students and parents before starting.

Is this an admissions guarantee?

No. Admit Strategy does not guarantee admission, grades, or another outcome. It helps students build stronger systems, clearer direction, and better execution.

Who is this built for first?

Middle and high school students in Doha, especially American, IB, and AP students who want stronger study habits, planning, and extracurricular execution.

Is this tutoring?

No. Admit Strategy does not replace a qualified subject tutor. It is the execution layer: study systems, planning, accountability, weak-point diagnosis, and direction applied to real schoolwork.

What does Plus cost?

The planned launch price is $12/month or $96/year in USD. Plus is not available for purchase yet, and no payment is collected today.

Is Free genuinely useful?

Yes. Free includes the core manual workspace: Today plan, classes, Box systems, study blocks, summatives, projects, evidence, and calendar-feed connection.

How do portal accounts work?

After the diagnosis and guardian approval, Admit Strategy emails a private passwordless access link. Student emails are normalized and checked first, so an existing active workspace is reused instead of creating a duplicate. The page never reveals whether an email already has an account.

Can I sign in with Google?

Not yet. Google sign-in will only be added with a real OAuth client, verified redirect configuration, and narrow permissions. The current emailed private-link access is the live account method.

What can students edit?

Students can add and edit classes, study blocks, Box terms, summatives, materials, tasks, projects, weak points, and evidence. Coach ratings and protected feedback stay controlled.

How does calendar connection work?

The current portal accepts a private iCal feed from a dedicated school or activities calendar. Detected assessments require student confirmation. Direct Google or Microsoft account authorization is planned, not presented as live.

Do parents get visibility?

Yes, where agreed. Parent approval, private student data, and access, correction, or deletion requests remain part of the process.

Does it use AI?

No paid AI feature is active. The diagnosis and Today plan use transparent rules; linked materials are organized but are not summarized or processed by AI.

Where are testimonials and results?

Admit Strategy will only publish real feedback, progress examples, or screenshots with appropriate student and guardian permission. Nothing is invented.

Have a question or feedback?
